As most people know I don’t do newborn photography. I don’t have the right space or correct lighting to do newborn sessions, so I don’t offer them. However my good friend was having a baby and my other friend owns a studio. Thanks to Mary Kay Photography she let me borrow her studio so I could do this shoot. Love you Mikki you’re the best!! Now really isn’t Charlotte one of the cutest babies you have ever seen!? Here are just a few of the shots I took.

This is my beautiful sister and her cute family!! I was so glad she asked me to take their family pictures. She lives in Wyoming so I don’t get to see her as often as I like. It was a great excuse to get to spend more time with them. Love you Rach!

One of the reasons I love photography is that I get to stay in contact with people that I might not otherwise see. We moved from our last house over a year ago now so it has been a while since I have seen some old friends and neighbors. Lucky for me, I still get calls from the old neighborhood to do pictures for people so it gives me a chance to catch up and see how cute their kids have gotten. This is one of those cute neighbors that I hadn’t seen in a while and it was so good to see them again. This was mini session which is really good for this time of year, because as you can see there was snow on the ground and it gets COLD!!

Loved this photo shoot!! I used to live right by this field and these gorgeous mountains, and not once had I ever taken pictures there till after I moved. I can’t believe I was by such a beautiful location to take pictures and never used it! This hot mama I’m so lucky to say is one of my good friends. Love her, love her family, loved this shoot!
